I fail to understand which song you're talking about. But, I found some Anil Shahi's songs for download. Hope this helps. Also, the mermaid song by Manoz, and the rite of spring are also real nice to listen to.

In this music Video there are 3 people.
The guitarist, a tabala man and a model. The all are near to water, some sort of pond inside a big building. And the lady just walks around.
